We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, due to the seasonal nature of our services, we enforce the following cancellation policy:

    We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. However, due to the seasonal nature of our services, we enforce the following cancellation policy:


    1. Booking Deposits

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your decorating date.


    2. Cancellation Policy

    • 30+ days before the scheduled service – Full refund of any payments made, except the non-refundable deposit.

    • 15-29 days before the scheduled service – 50% refund of the total service fee.

    • 14 days or less before the scheduled service – No refunds will be issued.


    3. Rescheduling

    • Clients may reschedule once (subject to availability) at no additional charge if requested at least 15 days in advance.

    • Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before the appointment may be subject to a 25% rebooking fee.


    4. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

    • If extreme weather or uncontrollable circumstances prevent us from completing the service, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.


    5. Cancellations by ChicDecor Mary

    • In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    Chic Mary serves Tampa and the entire state of Florida, providing decorating and design services to clients throughout the region

  • Does Chic Mary rent decorative items or only offer decorating services?

    Chic Mary offers both services: rental of decorative items and decorating services.

  • What type of decorative items are available for rent?

    Chic Mary offers a variety of decorative items, including lights, ornaments, flowers, and more.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is due before the event.

  •  Is a deposit or percentage required to reserve the service?

    Yes, a 60% is required to reserve the service.

  • What is Chic Mary's cancellation policy?

    If the event is cancelled with [7] days or more notice, [100%] of the total payment will be refunded. If the event is cancelled with less than [3] days notice, no payment will be refunded.

  • What is Chic Mary's policy on changes to the event date?

    If the event date is changed with [7] days or more notice, no additional fee will be charged. If the event date is changed with less than [3] days notice, a [25%] fee of the total payment will be charged.
